Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: your name and email address, provided when you sign up with email, or shared by Google, Apple, or LINE when you sign in with those providers.
• Content you create: household names and photos, expenses and income, inventory and shopping lists, home-care tasks, pets, vehicles, children, and other records you add to the App. Some of these are health-related — for example a child's or a pet's vaccination history and growth measurements, and insurance policy details.
• Usage analytics: a record of in-app events (for example opening a screen or saving a record), consisting of the event name, a per-launch session identifier, your platform, a timestamp, and your account and household identifiers. These events never contain the content of your records — no names, notes, amounts, measurements, or photos.
• Purchase information: subscription and purchase status processed through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Device and usage data: app interactions, settings, and diagnostic information used to operate and improve the App.
• Advertising identifier: your device advertising ID (AD_ID), used by Google AdMob to serve ads.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and secure your account and the App's features.
• To sync your household data across your devices and members you invite.
• To process subscriptions and manage feature access.
• To display ads and reward-based features.
• To respond to your requests and provide support.
• To understand in aggregate how the App is used, so we can improve it.
• To detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, or technical issues.

3. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (AD_ID) to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted.

You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads). Learn more in Google's Advertising Policies at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the App:

• Supabase — backend hosting, database, and authentication.
• Google AdMob — advertising.
• Google, Apple, and LINE — sign-in providers (only when you choose to use them).
• RevenueCat and Google Play Billing — subscription and purchase processing.
• We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If an account is inactive for an extended period, we may notify you by email and, after a grace period, back up and remove the associated data. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and respond to incidents responsibly.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You can access and update most of your information directly in the App. You may also request a copy or deletion of your personal data and account by contacting us at contact@commandspc.com. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by applicable law.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for adults. Children cannot create their own accounts, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child.

The App does let a parent or guardian keep records about their own child — including a name, date of birth, photo, vaccination history, and growth measurements. That information is entered by the adult account holder, is visible only to the members of that household, and can be edited or deleted by them at any time. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Users

We are based in Thailand and may process your information there. By using the App, you consent to this processing in accordance with this policy and applicable law, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Thailand.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Significant changes may be communicated in the App.
